Job Title: Post Closing Specialist
Job Description:
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of final loan and title documents following settlement. Coordinate with lenders, title agents, and internal teams to resolve any post-closing issues or deficiencies. Track and obtain missing or trailing documents to complete post-closing
files. Deliver final title policies and loan packages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Update internal systems to reflect post-closing status and maintain accurate records. Support quality control efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory and lender requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance or related fields. Knowledge of or experience in proposing and incorporating strategies. Able to work overtime, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; Non-smoker on worksite; verifiable references.
